Offshore delivery models
We adapt ourselves
to our clients’ needs. We therefore implement an offshore
business model according to each project type:
- On Site
Modality
- Near
Shore Modality
- On-site
/ Offshore Model
- Offshore
Development Centre Model
- Staff
Augmentation
- Managed Staff Augmentation
- Software Factory SLA
- Fixed Price Project
On-site
Modality: In this model, Cubika’s
development team works directly in the client’s offices.
This model allows to speed up communication in moments of
critical definitions for the project and this becomes particularly
useful during the first and last phases.

Near-shore
Modality: In this case one of Cubika’s
teams works in a location close to the client. The work plan
is similar to that of the On-Site but in this case Cubika
is in charge of the infrastructure.
On-Site
/ Offshore Model: This model is a combination
of the off-shore and onsite models. The On-site modality is
generally used during the first and last phases of the project,
while the offshore modality is used during the development
phase. In this phase, Cubika’s development team basically
works from our head office, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina,
maintaining fluent and permanent communication with the client.

Offshore
Development Centre Model: In this case Cubika’s
development team works exclusively from our head office, located
in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The client only sends all the
information related to the requirements and the
architectural base of the application to be built. Our team
takes charge of the development, maintaining constant communication
with the client regarding any advancement in the project.

Staff
Augmentation: Cubika supplies a team of professionals
with the knowledge and experience required for the project.
This team works directly with the client, whether in their
offices or in Cubika’s facilities.
The management and assignment of tasks is the responsibility
of the client.
Cubika supplies the human resources, backup and communication
services and the workstation.

Managed
Staff Augmentation: This service is similar
to Staff Augmentation, but in this case it is one of Cubika’s
Team Leaders who handles the assigned work and keeps control
of the evolution of the project.
The Team Leader is responsible for producing a set of reports
providing information regarding the project status, advancement
and metrics as well as regarding the team’s performance
levels. The client and the Team Leader are strongly connected
with the purpose of effectively monitoring advancements.

Software
Factory: The Service Level Agreement (SLA) appropriate
for the project is determined with the client with the purpose
of working under a factory modality. The defined
requirements are passed on to the factory and measure
developments begin according to previously set time standards.
A Project Manager from Cubika works together with the client
monitoring the advancements of the project.

Fixed
Price Project: In this modality, the client
specifies his needs and after the feasibility analysis and
estimation phase, a project is set with a fixed budget and
a work deadline.
