Cubika certifies CMMi 2

Cubika takes pride in having certified its processes in accordance with the CMMi (Company Maturity Model Integrated) model level 2 from SEI. After a process of evolution and improvement of all the areas involved in software development, Cubika has successfully gone beyond the assessment process which covered the following disciplines for its centre of software development:

• Projects planning. • Requirements management. • Configuration management. • Quality guaranteed. • Monitoring and control. • Metrics and analysis.

The constant improvement initiative of our processes covers an evolution plan that will lead us to certify CMMi level 3 throughout 2008 and it is directed to optimize the processes and to incorporate the functions related to all the activities attached to software development or engineering.

Our efforts to improve methodologies and processes aim at giving our clients a better service every day combining the technological excellence with mature processes and reliability in results.

The results of the projects that were carried out by our Software Factory are in plain view; we have achieved important improvements in output and an excellent level maturity in the management of our projects and of the knowledge of the software assets of our clients.
