Furthermore, low costs -as a by product of a devalued currency- and highly skilled human resources make Argentina one of the Latin American countries with the greatest potential for sustained development in the software industry.

Data from studies carried out by the INSEAD (France), the Economic Forum and the World Bank indicate that Argentina has been one of the Latin American countries that has had the highest growth in the development of offshore software during the last decade. Moreover, it is the best positioned country within Latin America in terms of its availability and quality of technological infrastructure.
